BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza

What You Need:

  • 2 whole wheat pitas

  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

  • 1 oz mozzarella cheese

  • 4 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced

  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

  • Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

  • Italian seasoning, to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Fully cook the chicken. Let it cool, then dice and set aside.

  3. Chop the cucumber into small pieces.

  4. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pitas.

  5. Add the mozzarella cheese, chopped cucumber, and cooked chicken. Top with seasonings.

  6. Place the pitas in the oven for 9–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Let cool and enjoy!
