Berry Protein Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

An easy breakfast to meal prep ahead of time!

What You Need:

  • 4 Cups Rolled Oats

  • 5 Eggs

  • 3/4 Cup Agave or Honey

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 4 TBSP Melted Butter

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1.5 Cups Raspberries

  • 1.5 Cups Blueberries

  • 2 TBSP Flax Seed


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.

  • In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the eggs to a large bowl. Add and combine all ingredients aside from the raspberries and blueberries until fully combined.

  • Fold in the raspberries and blueberries.

  • Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and add optional toppings of: more honey/agave/peanut butter/jam, etc. Enjoy!
