Berry Protein Oatmeal Breakfast Bake

Total Time: About 60 Minutes | Makes About 8 Servings
An easy breakfast to meal prep ahead of time!


What You Need:
4 Cups Rolled Oats
5 Eggs
3/4 Cup Agave or Honey
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
4 TBSP Melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1.5 Cups Raspberries
1.5 Cups Blueberries
2 TBSP Flax Seed
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the eggs to a large bowl. Add and combine all ingredients aside from the raspberries and blueberries until fully combined.
Fold in the raspberries and blueberries.
Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and add optional toppings of: more honey/agave/peanut butter/jam, etc. Enjoy!
