These no-bake protein cookie dough bites are a delicious, wholesome treat made with almond flour, cashew butter, and vanilla protein for a sweet, satisfying snack. Perfect for on-the-go energy or a fun, colorful dessert topped with sprinkles!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup light agave syrup or pure maple syrup

    • (Add more if you prefer sweeter dough)

  • 3/4 cup cashew butter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp maple extract

  • Sprinkles, for topping


Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the sprinkles.

  2. Mix until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.

  3. Scoop and roll into approximately 12 balls.

  4. Top with sprinkles.

  5. Store in the refrigerator to set.
