Birthday Cake Protein Bites

These no-bake protein cookie dough bites are a delicious, wholesome treat made with almond flour, cashew butter, and vanilla protein for a sweet, satisfying snack. Perfect for on-the-go energy or a fun, colorful dessert topped with sprinkles!

Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup light agave syrup or pure maple syrup
(Add more if you prefer sweeter dough)
3/4 cup cashew butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp maple extract
Sprinkles, for topping
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the sprinkles.
Mix until a smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
Scoop and roll into approximately 12 balls.
Top with sprinkles.
Store in the refrigerator to set.
