What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Frozen Cherries (Pitted)

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 3/4 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1 TBSP Flax Seed (or Chia Seeds)

  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder


Directions:

  • Blend together and enjoy!
