Chicken, Black Bean, Avocado Bowl

Total Time: About 20 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving
An easy lunch or dinner recipe! To meal prep this for the week, multiple each ingredient amount by 7 and prep in advance!

What you need:
4 oz Chicken Breast
1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TSP Olive oil
1/4 Cup Black Beans
1 Avocado
1 Cup of Broccoli
1.5 Cups of Lettuce
Creamy Avocado Dressing (I use the aldi brand - but you can substitute with your dressing of choice!)
Directions:
Cook the chicken on a non-stick pan on medium heat for about 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
Add in the broccoli to the pan. Add the olive oil, black pepper, and crushed red pepper and stir for about 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
Drain and rinse the black beans and set aside.
On a cutting bored, slice the avocado into small chunks.
In a bowl, add the lettuce, avocado, black beans, chicken, and broccoli.
Top with the avocado dressing and enjoy!
