Chocolate Almond Protein Cookies

Craving a chocolatey treat that’s packed with protein and low in sugar? These high-protein chocolate cookies are rich, fudgy, and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth! Made with almond flour, cocoa powder, and your favorite protein powder, they’re a quick dessert you can whip up in under 30 minutes.

What You Need:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2–4 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (depending on type and preference)

  • About 2 cups almond flour

  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder

  • About 1/4 cup granulated stevia (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and granulated stevia.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  6. Using a cookie dough scoop or spoon, scoop out 12 balls of dough and gently press them down on the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until set. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
