An easy and balanced breakfast idea that does not require any prep!
Total Time: About 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving


What You Need:
1 Whole Wheat Bagel
1-2 tbsp Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese (or cream cheese of choice). I used the Aldi brand linked here.
1 Serving of Protein Powder of Choice
2/4 Cup of Milk of Choice
Directions:
Toast the bagel and add the goat cheese. Mix the protein powder to the milk and enjoy on the side for a balanced and nutrient packed breakfast!
