Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese Bagel + Protein Shake

An easy and balanced breakfast idea that does not require any prep!

What You Need:

  • 1 Whole Wheat Bagel 

  • 1-2 tbsp Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese (or cream cheese of choice). I used the Aldi brand linked here.

  • 1 Serving of Protein Powder of Choice 

  • 2/4 Cup of Milk of Choice 


Directions:

  • Toast the bagel and add the goat cheese. Mix the protein powder to the milk and enjoy on the side for a balanced and nutrient packed breakfast!
