Easy Parmesan Chicken Pita Pizzas

What You Need:

  • 2 Whole Wheat Pitas

  • 4 OZ Cooked Chicken

  • 1/4 Cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach

  • 1 OZ Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Alfredo Sauce - I used the target brand

  • 1 TSP Minced Garlic

  • 1 TSP Italian Seasoning

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the chicken as desired (if not already cooked).

  • Place the Pitas on the baking sheet. Add the Alfredo sauce and spread.

  • Top with the cooked chicken, tomatoes, and spinach. Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Top with the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pitas are slightly brown on the edges. Enjoy!
