Easy Parmesan Chicken Pita Pizzas

Total Time: About 25 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving (2 Pitas)



What You Need:
2 Whole Wheat Pitas
4 OZ Cooked Chicken
1/4 Cup Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Spinach
1 OZ Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Garlic Alfredo Sauce - I used the target brand
1 TSP Minced Garlic
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the chicken as desired (if not already cooked).
Place the Pitas on the baking sheet. Add the Alfredo sauce and spread.
Top with the cooked chicken, tomatoes, and spinach. Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Top with the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pitas are slightly brown on the edges. Enjoy!
