Easy Lower Sugar "No-Bake" Peanut Butter Pie

Total Time: About 1 Hour and 15 minutes | Makes 1 Pie



What You Need:
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
4 OZ Light Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Vanilla Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup Light Agave Syrup or Pure Maple Syrup
2 Cups Light Whipped Topping
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
3/4 Cup of Brownie Brittle - for topping
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, light cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla, and agave or maple syrup. Fully Combine. Note - it's easiest to use a hand mixer!
Lightly stir in the whipped topping.
Add the mixture to the pie crust evening.
Crush the brownie brittle into small pieces. Spread on the top of the pie.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into pieces and enjoy :)
