Easy Lower Sugar "No-Bake" Peanut Butter Pie


Total Time: About 1 Hour and 15 minutes | Makes 1 Pie

What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

  • 4 OZ Light Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 1/3 Cup Light Agave Syrup or Pure Maple Syrup

  • 2 Cups Light Whipped Topping

  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

  • 3/4 Cup of Brownie Brittle - for topping


Directions:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, light cream cheese, greek yogurt, vanilla, and agave or maple syrup. Fully Combine. Note - it's easiest to use a hand mixer!

  • Lightly stir in the whipped topping.

  • Add the mixture to the pie crust evening.

  • Crush the brownie brittle into small pieces. Spread on the top of the pie.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into pieces and enjoy :)
