Easy Lower Sugar Protein Brownies

Total Time: About 45 Minutes | Makes About 14 Brownies




What You Need:
1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips or Pieces - to be melted
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips - for brownie mix
1 Cup Vanilla Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Sugar Alternative (I used stevia)
3 TBSP Agave Syrup
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Milk of Choice
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8 x 8 inch pan with non-stick baking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, microwave the 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips in small increments until fully melted (do not overheat).
Add the vanilla greek yogurt, agave syrup, and stevia (or sugar alternative) to the melted chocolate chips and fully combine. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Fully combine.
Add in the milk and stir.
Add in the chocolate greek yogurt mixture and fully combine.
Add in the other chocolate chips and stir. Add the mixture to the 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool and enjoy with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt!
