Easy Protein-Packed Chicken Pico Wrap

Total Time: About 10 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:

  • 1 Protein Wrap (You can use a normal whole wheat wrap if preferred. I use this protein wrap from Aldi (12 grams of protein each) linked here!

  • 4 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast

  • 2 Tablespoons Guacamole

  • 2 Tablespoons Pico De Gallo

  • 1 Ounce of Pepper Jack Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Lettuce

  • 2 Tablespoons Yogurt Ranch Dressing (You can use normal ranch, light ranch, or whatever you prefer).


Directions:

  • Fully cook chicken (if you are meal prepping this for the week, you can prep all the chicken at once, and reheat each day if preferred).

  • Spread the wrap onto a cutting board and spread on the guacamole.

  • Add the pico, cheese, lettuce and chicken. Top with the ranch dressing.

  • Roll into a wrap (You can use a toothpick to stick together and roll up the sides). Enjoy!
