Easy Protein Pasta Salad

Delicious, affordable, and easy to make—perfect for busy weeknights!

  • What You Need:

    • 3/4 cup protein pasta, cooked (I used the Aldi brand linked here)

    • 1/2 cup pasta sauce

    • 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped

    • 1/2 cup broccoli, cooked

    • 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced

    • 2 tbsp black olives, drained

    • 2 tbsp feta cheese

    • Italian seasoning, to taste

    • Salt and pepper, to taste


    Directions:


    • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Let it cool.

    • Microwave the broccoli according to package directions. Let it cool.

    • Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes.

    • In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta and broccoli. Top with the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes.

    • Add the black olives, feta cheese, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and enjoy!
