Easy Protein Pasta Salad

Delicious, affordable, and easy to make—perfect for busy weeknights!
Total Time: About 15-20 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving


What You Need:
3/4 cup protein pasta, cooked (I used the Aldi brand linked here)
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli, cooked
1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
2 tbsp black olives, drained
2 tbsp feta cheese
Italian seasoning, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Let it cool.
Microwave the broccoli according to package directions. Let it cool.
Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes.
In a bowl, combine the cooked pasta and broccoli. Top with the chopped cucumbers and tomatoes.
Add the black olives, feta cheese, pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and enjoy!
