Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Total Time: About 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Milk of Choice

  • 3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt - I used a strawberry flavor

  • 2/3 Cup Granola

  • 2 TSP Chia Seeds

  • 1/4 Cup Blackberries

  • optional - honey for topping


Directions:

  • Blend together the frozen strawberries and the almond milk. NOTE - you can use less almond milk depending on your preferred consistency.

  • In a large cup or mason jar, layer the frozen strawberry mixture, the greek yogurt, granola, chia seeds, and blackberries. Top with a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
