Ground Turkey Pita Bowl

Note: You can multiply the serving size and cook the turkey mixture in advance for an easy weekly meal prep!


What You Need:
4 Ounces Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach
2 TBSP Chopped Green Onions
Paprika
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Salt & Pepper (or seasonings of choice)
1/4 Cup Guacamole
1 Whole Wheat Pita
Directions:
Add the ground turkey into a bowl.
Chop the tomatoes, spinach and green onions. Add to the ground turkey and mix.
Season with paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Cook the turkey mixture on the stovetop until fully cooked.
Enjoy with a whole wheat pita + guacamole on the side!
