Ground Turkey Pita Bowl

Note: You can multiply the serving size and cook the turkey mixture in advance for an easy weekly meal prep!

What You Need:

  • 4 Ounces Lean Ground Turkey

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach

  • 2 TBSP Chopped Green Onions

  • Paprika

  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

  • Salt & Pepper (or seasonings of choice)

  • 1/4 Cup Guacamole

  • 1 Whole Wheat Pita


Directions:

  • Add the ground turkey into a bowl.

  • Chop the tomatoes, spinach and green onions. Add to the ground turkey and mix.

  • Season with paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  • Cook the turkey mixture on the stovetop until fully cooked.

  • Enjoy with a whole wheat pita + guacamole on the side!
