No-Bake "Butterfinger" Bars

Total Time: About 45 Minutes | Makes About 12 Bars

What You Need:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Agave Syrup/Honey/ or Maple Syrup
3.5 Cups Bran Flakes
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 TSP Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, blend the bran flakes into small pieces (for about 15-20 seconds) and transfer to a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, microwave the peanut butter for about 10-15 seconds.
Add the melted peanut butter, agave syrup, and vanilla extract to the bran flakes. Fully Mix.
Transfer to a baking dish (I used a 9 x 9) and slightly press the mixture to the pan.
Microwave the coconut oil and chocolate chips together (in 15 second increments) until fully melted.
Add the melted chocolate evenly to the baking dish. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Cup into pieces and enjoy!
