No-Bake "Butterfinger" Bars

What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 Cup Agave Syrup/Honey/ or Maple Syrup

  • 3.5 Cups Bran Flakes

  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 2 TSP Coconut Oil

  • 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips


Directions:

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the bran flakes into small pieces (for about 15-20 seconds) and transfer to a large bowl.

  • In a separate small bowl, microwave the peanut butter for about 10-15 seconds.

  • Add the melted peanut butter, agave syrup, and vanilla extract to the bran flakes. Fully Mix.

  • Transfer to a baking dish (I used a 9 x 9) and slightly press the mixture to the pan.

  • Microwave the coconut oil and chocolate chips together (in 15 second increments) until fully melted.

  • Add the melted chocolate evenly to the baking dish. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  • Cup into pieces and enjoy!

  • Note: Store in the refrigerator
