Honey Ricotta Toast

What You Need:

  • 2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Toast

  • 1/4 Cup Ritcotta Cheese

  • 1 TBSP Flax Seeds (or Chia Seeds)

  • Black Pepper

  • Honey


Directions:

  • Spread the Ricotta Cheese on to the toast. Top with flax seeds and black pepper. Drizzle with honey. Enjoy!
