Hot Honey - Sweet Potato, Cottage Cheese, and Chicken Tenderloin Bowl

A very easy - but tasty - protein packed lunch or dinner idea!

What You Need:
4 Ounces of Chicken Tenderloins
2/3 Cup of Frozen Diced Sweet Potatoes - I used the Target brand
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1 Avocado
Hot Honey Dipping Sauce - I used the Target brand pictured above
Granulated Onion
Granulated Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Add the seasonings to the chicken and fully cook as desired.
Microwave the sweet potatoes according to the package directions.
Add the cooked chicken and sweet potatoes to a bowl. Add in the cottage cheese.
Slice an avocado and add to the bowl.
Top with the Hot Honey Sauce and enjoy!
