Hot Honey - Sweet Potato, Cottage Cheese, and Chicken Tenderloin Bowl

A very easy - but tasty - protein packed lunch or dinner idea!

What You Need:

  • 4 Ounces of Chicken Tenderloins

  • 2/3 Cup of Frozen Diced Sweet Potatoes - I used the Target brand

  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese

  • 1 Avocado

  • Hot Honey Dipping Sauce - I used the Target brand pictured above

  • Granulated Onion

  • Granulated Garlic

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions:

  • Add the seasonings to the chicken and fully cook as desired.

  • Microwave the sweet potatoes according to the package directions.

  • Add the cooked chicken and sweet potatoes to a bowl. Add in the cottage cheese.

  • Slice an avocado and add to the bowl.

  • Top with the Hot Honey Sauce and enjoy!
