Mediterranean Hummus Toast

What You Need:
2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Toast
2-3 TBSP Hummus - flavor of choice
1/4 Cup Chopped Spinach
1/4 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Chopped Cucumbers
1 TBSP Green Onions
2 TBSP Feta Cheese
1/2 TBSP Olive oil
1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TSP Sesame Seeds
1 TSP Oregano
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Directions:
Spread the hummus onto the whole wheat toast.
Chop the cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, and green onions into small pieces. Add to a bowl.
Add in the feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, oregano, and salt and pepper. Fully stir.
Add the mixture evenly to the toast. Enjoy!
