Pita Pizzas

What You Need:

  • 1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread

  • 2 TBSP Pizza Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 4-5 Turkey Pepperoni Slices

  • 1 TBSP Feta Cheese

  • 1 TBSP Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

  • 3 TBSP Chopped Spinach

  • Italian Seasoning

  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or seasonings of choice)


    Directions:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

    • Place the pita bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    • Spread the pizza sauce over the pita bread. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, feta, chopped spinach, fire-roasted tomatoes, and your preferred seasonings.

    • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
