What You Need:
1 Whole Wheat Pita Bread
2 TBSP Pizza Sauce
1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4-5 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
1 TBSP Feta Cheese
1 TBSP Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 TBSP Chopped Spinach
Italian Seasoning
Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or seasonings of choice)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the pita bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pizza sauce over the pita bread. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, feta, chopped spinach, fire-roasted tomatoes, and your preferred seasonings.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
