Protein Egg White Bites

Total Time: About 30 Minutes | Makes About 12 Bites

What You Need:

  • 1 Cup Egg Whites

  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onions

  • 1 Cup Diced Bell Peppers

  • 1 Cup Diced Turkey Breast (fully cooked)

  • 3/4 Cup Feta Cheese

  • 1/2 Cup Spinach

  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tray with non-stick spray and set aside.

  • Add the egg whites to a large bowl and whisk. Add in salt and pepper.

  • Mix in the onions, bell peppers, turkey breast, spinach, and feta cheese and stir.

  • Divide evenly to the muffin cups filling about 3/4 of the way.

  • Bake for about 22-25 minutes or until lighty brown. Enjoy!
