Protein Egg White Bites

Perfect to prep for an on-the-go breakfast!


What You Need:
1 Cup Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Diced Onions
1 Cup Diced Bell Peppers
1 Cup Diced Turkey Breast (fully cooked)
3/4 Cup Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup Spinach
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a muffin tray with non-stick spray and set aside.
Add the egg whites to a large bowl and whisk. Add in salt and pepper.
Mix in the onions, bell peppers, turkey breast, spinach, and feta cheese and stir.
Divide evenly to the muffin cups filling about 3/4 of the way.
Bake for about 22-25 minutes or until lighty brown. Enjoy!
