Protein-Packed Vegan Avocado Toast

What You Need:

  • 2 Pieces of Whole Wheat Bread - or bread of choice. Note - I used this type from Aldi linked here.

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1/4 Cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast

  • Everything Bagel Seasoning


Directions:

  • Toast the bread.

  • Mash the avocado and spread onto the toast.

  • Top with everything bagel seasoning, nutritional yeast, and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!

Note - Nutritional yeast has a "cheesy flavor" and is an amazing source of plant-based protein and B-Vitamins!
