Total Time: 35-Minutes | Makes About 8-10 Brownies
These brownies are naturally sweetened with light agave syrup. They’re balanced with healthy fats from almond butter and fiber from pumpkin and almond flour, which help support more stable blood sugar levels. A wholesome, satisfying treat!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup light agave syrup (or pure maple syrup)
1 cup canned pumpkin purée
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp chocolate chips (for topping)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and agave syrup.
Add the pumpkin purée, almond flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips on top.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan — they will be soft and fudgy!
Slice into 8–10 pieces. Serve in a bowl for a gooey treat. Enjoy!
