This fresh and flavorful veggie wrap is made with a protein wrap layered with creamy hummus, crisp vegetables, tangy feta, and sliced avocado, all seasoned with zesty lemon pepper. Perfect for a quick, nutritious lunch or light dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 protein wrap (I used the Aldi brand)

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 2 tbsp chopped red onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumbers

  • 1 oz feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup spinach

  • Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste

  • 1 avocado, sliced (for topping)


Directions:

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the protein wrap.

  2. Add the chopped bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers, and spinach.

  3. Top with feta cheese, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning.

  4. Wrap it up and enjoy!
