Red Pepper Hummus Protein Veggie Wrap

This fresh and flavorful veggie wrap is made with a protein wrap layered with creamy hummus, crisp vegetables, tangy feta, and sliced avocado, all seasoned with zesty lemon pepper. Perfect for a quick, nutritious lunch or light dinner!

Ingredients:
1 protein wrap (I used the Aldi brand)
2 tbsp hummus
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
2 tbsp chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
1 oz feta cheese
1/4 cup spinach
Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste
1 avocado, sliced (for topping)
Directions:
Spread the hummus evenly over the protein wrap.
Add the chopped bell peppers, red onions, cucumbers, and spinach.
Top with feta cheese, avocado slices, and a sprinkle of lemon pepper seasoning.
Wrap it up and enjoy!
