Southwest Chicken Sausage Burritos with Jalapeños and Pico de Gallo

These tasty chicken sausage and egg burritos are packed with flavor and protein. You can prep them in advance, freeze individually, and microwave them on the day you want to enjoy


What You Need:
2 medium tortillas of your choice
2 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1–2 tablespoons jalapeños
1/2 chicken sausage link
1/4 cup pico de gallo
Lemon pepper seasoning or seasonings of choice
Guacamole (for dipping)
Directions:
Cook and scramble the eggs on the stovetop. Season as desired.
Microwave the chicken sausage link according to package directions. Let cool, then chop into small pieces.
Lay the tortillas flat. Add the cooked eggs and chicken sausage. Top with shredded cheese, jalapeños, and pico de gallo. Sprinkle with your preferred seasonings.
Roll the tortillas into burritos, dip in guacamole, and enjoy!
