Spinach & Feta Egg Breakfast Wrap!

Total Time: About 10 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:
1 Whole Wheat Wrap (or wrap of choice)
2 Eggs + 1 Egg White
1 Cup Chopped Spinach
1/3 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Add non-stick spray or olive oil to a pan on medium heat.
Heat the wrap on the pan on each side for about 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Add the spinach to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Crack the eggs and place the 2 eggs and egg whites into a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes (drained) and seasonings and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the egg mixture over the spinach and tomatoes and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Add the feta over the eggs.
Add the egg mixture to the wrap and roll up. Use a toothpick to stick together. Enjoy!
