Strawberry Almond "Blizzard"

Total Time: About 5 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

*Make sure your bananas are frozen beforehand!

What You Need:


For The Base:

  • 2 Ripe Frozen Bananas (Make sure they are very ripe!)

  • 3 TBSP Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 TSP Almond Extract

  • 1 Packet Stevia


For The Toppings:

  • 1 Graham Cracker, Crumbled

  • 1/4 Cup Almond or Oat Flour

  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter

  • 1 TBSP Light Agave

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Strawberries

  • Whipped Cream - optional for topping



Directions:

  • In a blender or food processor, blend together the frozen bananas, almond milk, greek yogurt, almond extract, and stevia untill fully combined. Set in the freezer while you prepare the toppings.

  • In a seperate bowl, add the almond/oat flour, almond butter, and light agave. Fully mix together and roll into small balls. Set aside.

  • Chop the strawberries into small pieces.

  • Remove the base from the freezer. Pour half of the base mixture into a bowl or cup. Top with 1/2 crumbled graham cracker, half of the strawberries, and half of the almond butter balls.

  • Add the remainder of the base mixture. Top with whipped cream and the remainder of the toppings. Enjoy!
