Strawberry Almond "Blizzard"

*Make sure your bananas are frozen beforehand!



What You Need:
For The Base:
2 Ripe Frozen Bananas (Make sure they are very ripe!)
3 TBSP Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 TSP Almond Extract
1 Packet Stevia
For The Toppings:
1 Graham Cracker, Crumbled
1/4 Cup Almond or Oat Flour
1 TBSP Almond Butter
1 TBSP Light Agave
1/4 Cup Fresh Strawberries
Whipped Cream - optional for topping
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, blend together the frozen bananas, almond milk, greek yogurt, almond extract, and stevia untill fully combined. Set in the freezer while you prepare the toppings.
In a seperate bowl, add the almond/oat flour, almond butter, and light agave. Fully mix together and roll into small balls. Set aside.
Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
Remove the base from the freezer. Pour half of the base mixture into a bowl or cup. Top with 1/2 crumbled graham cracker, half of the strawberries, and half of the almond butter balls.
Add the remainder of the base mixture. Top with whipped cream and the remainder of the toppings. Enjoy!
