Strawberry Banana Oat Pancakes

Total Time: 15 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 1/2 Cup Oats

  • 1 TSP Baking Powder

  • 1/4 TSP Salt

  • 1 TSP Vanilla

  • 1-2 TBSP Agave or Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Milk Of Choice


For the Topping:

  • Strawberry Jam (I used the Smucker's Sugar Free Version)

  • Fresh Strawberries

  • Agave or Maple Syrup


Directions:

  • Heat a skillet on low-medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients for the pancakes until fully mixed.

  • Scoop about 3-4 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook on the skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side.

  • Add toppings and enjoy :)
