Strawberry Banana Oat Pancakes

Total Time: 15 Minutes | Makes 1 Serving

What You Need:
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
1 TSP Baking Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1 TSP Vanilla
1-2 TBSP Agave or Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Almond Milk or Milk Of Choice
For the Topping:
Strawberry Jam (I used the Smucker's Sugar Free Version)
Fresh Strawberries
Agave or Maple Syrup
Directions:
Heat a skillet on low-medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
In a blender, combine all ingredients for the pancakes until fully mixed.
Scoop about 3-4 tablespoons of batter per pancake. Cook on the skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Add toppings and enjoy :)
