Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites

These Strawberry Protein Bites are a delicious, no-bake snack packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, almond flour, flax seeds, and protein powder. Sweetened naturally with agave or maple syrup and bursting with strawberry flavor, they're perfect for a healthy treat on the go!


Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
½ cup vanilla protein powder
½ cup agave or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1½ cups almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp flax seed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Optional:
1–2 tbsp almond milk (if mixture is too dry)
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well combined.
If the mixture is too dry or crumbly, add almond milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together.
Roll the mixture into about 15 balls.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
