Total Time: About 10 Minutes + 2-3 hours of freezing | Makes 9 Sandwiches

What You Need:
1 Cup Light Cool Whip or Whipped Topping
2/3 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Strawberries
4 TBSP Agave Syrup or Honey
1 TSP Vanilla
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Add 9 graham cracker squares to a baking pan. (add parchment paper before if preferred)
Blend the strawberries in a blender or food processor.
In a large bowl, add the blended strawberries, vanilla greek yogurt, agave syrup (or honey), vanilla, and cool whip (or whipped topping) to a bowl and mix. Stir in chocolate chips.
Evenly distribute the mixture over the graham crackers. NOTE - if mixture slightly spills over that is okay - it is easy to cut the squares once frozen.
Top with 9 graham cracker squares to create a sandwich.
Freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm. Once firm, cut the squares.
When ready to eat, let thaw for a few minutes and enjoy :)
